DCK-M1-GBPA - Gate, Active Bypass
The
Active By-Pass Gate is powered by an air cylinder which is used to
change the gate position to either allow pallets to continue forward on
the conveyor that it's on or to divert the pallet to a bypass conveyor
adjacent to the main conveyor.

The
Passive By-Pass Gate is unpowered and allows pallets on the main
conveyor to pass thru and continue on or allow a pallet from a bypass
conveyor to re enter the main conveyor.

DCK-M1-GCA - Gate, Active Corner
The
Active Corner Gate is driven by an air cylinder and can allow a pallet
to continue on the main conveyor or when actuated can divert a pallet
to a conveyor at right angles to the main conveyor.

DCK-M1-GCP - Gate, Passive Corner
A
Passive Corner Gate allows a pallet to enter a main conveyor from a
conveyor at right angles to it or allow a pallet on the main conveyor
to continue on the main conveyor.

DCK-M1-GDVA - Gate, Active Diverter
An
Active Diverted Gate is used where three conveyors converge. The
diverter is actuated by an air cylinder and can divert pallets form two
inline conveyors driving towards one another to a conveyor at right
angles to these two conveyors. The diverter can also allow a pallet to
enter either of two inline conveyors driving away from each other.

DCK-M1-PLLH - Positioner, Lift & Locate, Horizontal
Lift
and Locate is used to stop and accurately position the pallet for
processing the product. The device lifts the pallet slightly above the
conveyor belt to reduce belt drag and wear.

DCK-M1-PLLH-H - Positioner, Lift & Locate, High Force
The
High Force Lift and Locate is used to stop and accurately position the
pallet for processing of the product where high pressing force is
required. The device lowers the belt slightly and the pallet sits on an
anvil that must be supported from below.

The
Vertically Mounted Lift and Locate is used to stop and accurately
position the pallet for processing the product. The device lifts the
pallet slightly above the conveyor belt to reduce belt drag and wear.
Its small footprint allows for application with bypass conveyors.

DCK-M1-PSPH - Positioner, Pallet Stop Horizontal
The
Horizontal Pallet Stop is used to stop a pallet on the conveyor belt
and allows for queuing of product. It can be placed anywhere along the
conveyor. It is actuated with a horizontally mounted air cylinder.

DCK-M1-PSPV - Positioner, Pallet Stop Vertical
The
Vertical Pallet Stop is used to stop a pallet on the conveyor belt and
allows for queuing of product. It can be placed anywhere along the
conveyor. It is actuated with a vertically mounted air cylinder which
saves space. It can also be used on the bypass conveyor due to its
small footprint.

The "L" Fixed Corner Transfer is used to divert a pallet from one conveyor to another conveyor at a right angle to it.
