RQC / RTP - Tool Changer

Our modular robot tool changers lead the industry with a full product line covering up to 1200lbs [545Kg]. A wide variety of utilities are available to quick disconnect, I/O, air, water, weld power, servo power, vacuum lines.

1. The RQC series offer a high level of flexibility accomodating up to 4 optional modules to be picked up among a wide choice
2. The 6 rollers patented mechanism provides a low stress, highly rigid locking capability
3. The design allows the two halves to couple at up to a 0.1" [2.5mm] gap and to be safe in case of air failure
4. Both halves uses an Iso pattern that allow a direct mounting on robot arm

MFS-3100 - Transfer Press Housings

A housing that is designed to be used as a quick disconnect on Transfer Presses.

1. Detent for positive tool lock.
2. Easy lock/unlock.
3. Hardcoat Anodized for durability and wearability.

TP Bayonets - Transfer Press Bayonet Adapters

A bayonet designed to be used with the MFS-3100 series housing.

1. Provides user with a vertical tooling attachment.

QC / TP - Tool Changer

These medium and light duty tool changers offer an excellent weight to payload ratio. They were designed with an exceptional repeatability, high rigidity and load capacity to make them ideal for any robotic application

1. The QC series can be delivered with an integrated I/O block and can accomodate one optional module
2. Integrated air connection save space and money

RHC - Robotic Tool Changer

Facilitates the changing of end effector tooling on robots to accommodate the assembly of many different parts on the same assembly machine. Multiple pneumatic connections and optional electrical contacts make the RHC series an excellent choice.

1. Conical seat provides easy connection with tool adapter and increased payloads
2. Made from 7057-T6 aircraft quality aluminum, hardcoat to RC60. Teflon impregnated for maximum wear resistance
3. Failsafe locking mechanism maintains connection even with the loss of air
4. Unique latching mechanism pulls the tool plate into the body, preloading the tool plate for excellent rigidity

The CPI electric plugs are an option offering automatic electrical connections when the bayonet is locked into the housing.

This clamp is used to support and attach a 30mm diameter tube to a Schuler crossbar rail.

SGM-TH12 - Universal Station Lower Tooling

A lower template holder that mounts to Schuler crossbar press lower template receivers.

TBN-150 - Bayonets

The CPI Series 150 Bayonet is used in conjunction with either Series 150 Housing to provide a quick disconnect point.
